Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges unless item is damaged or the wrong item is received. Please email us pictures of damage or incorrect item.

 

Refunds
Though we do not accept returns or exchanges, if you are unsatisfied with your order please reach out to us and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to help remedy any situation.
